					Denise is a warm and welcoming host. She provided great insider tips about where to eat and which wineries to visit. She was also quick to reply to any queries. The Sandbanks Pass is great touch. 



The apartment is in a fantastic central location, mere metres from all the shops and restaurants along Main St, Picton. While it is an older style apartment, it was clean, comfortable, larger than expected and great value. 



Picton is a great base to explore PEC. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

					Bill and Denise are wonderful hosts and the accommodations were perfect. We were 6 adults in the house and the 2.5 washrooms, 3 bedroom, and spacious living/dining room area made for a very comfortable stay. The location is incredibly convenient, being a short walk to the Main Street in Picton. Bill and Denise answered all of our questions leading up to check-in, and were easy to contact during the stay when we needed them. We definitely recommend this Airbnb for your next county vacation!

					Denise’s place was a great place to rest after exploring the county. It’s close to many breweries and wineries. There’s a few restaurants quite close to the Airbnb, making it a convenient location for your county weekend. Make sure to bring shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We quite enjoyed the small touches added to the house, and the decor was quite cute too. The check in process was convenient and easy. I would definitely recommend this spot!

					Denise's is flat is amazing. This is the second time we've stayed in this flat and it does not disappoint.  Location, location, location and the Sandbanks pass is a true bonus. Clean, quiet, a real home away from home. We look forward to being back soon. Thank you Denise for an awesome stay!

					Mon copain et moi avons adoré notre séjour à Picton dans le Airbnb de Denise! L'appartement est très bien situé et durant notre semaine de vacances tout se trouvait à quelques minutes de marche ou à moins de 20 min en voiture (cafés, restos, microbrasseries, vignobles, etc.) La plage de sandbanks (15 min en voiture) était vraiment magnifique! Nous retournerons assurément. 🙂

					A rustic yet cute place to call a home away from home! The place was clean and had lots of essentials for us to be able to make our own meals. Decorated tastefully and within walking distance to everything. Definitely would recommend!

					Denise was a great host. She was very responsive and available when we needed help checking in and made sure everything ran smoothly. Her place is in a good location and we could walk to everything. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We especially liked the little patio off the bedroom. We would definitely stay again when we are in Picton next. Thanks again Denise!

					Stylishly furnished place, great location in the centre of Picton. Useful having the sandbanks park pass to borrow. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Small issue with the drain at the bottom of the stairs into the flat during some heavy rain but it didn’t affect the rest of the flat.

					Denise's place is a very unique apartment and was perfect for my two-night stay.  Nice touches like a chocolate bar - I assume from a local place - as well as a Sandbanks pass and beach towels were appreciated.  Overall a great place in a terrific location in PIcton.  



If I had to pick one negative, I'd say the only downside is that they don't have AC but it somehow it stays relatively cool.

					Denise's place is well-appointed and very interesting - the pictures are accurate. Loved the feel of the place. It's very well-located and we easily walked to the downtown restaurants - no more than 5 minutes away. We didn't have the opportunity to meet Denise, but we'd corresponded before our stay and she was very quick to get back with answers and information. I'd  recommend this as a great place to stay in Picton!

					Denise’s home was beautiful! It is in the most perfect location and steps away from so many restaurants and little shops. The space itself had so much character and was comfortable for us during our stay. I would definitely recommend Denise’s home to my friends and family, and would gladly stay here again!

					Denise’s place is very well located within Picton. You can tell this is a brand new Airbnb as everything was brand new and very clean. Denise was very welcoming, very quick to respond and made sure we had a great stay in PEC.
